The crisis of migration is one of the biggest political issues of our time - centuries of exploitation, globalism, the climate crisis, racism.
I did a series of paintings in 2018-19 - some of which have been sold, with all proceeds given to refugee charities.
I am also campaigning locally in South East London against health charges imposed by as part of the ‘hostile environment’ by the previous government on undocumented people in the UK, for the greater part pregnant women. These charges are maintained by the current (Labour) Government.
Going to work. Until recently thousands of Palestinian workers going to work had to pass through caged checkpoints. Now this has ceased because workers have been replaced by workers from other countries. Oil on paper, £400 Any proceeds from a sale will go to a Palestine medical charity.
